Bacon, Walnut, and Cranberry Stuffed Celery
This bacon, walnut, and cranberry stuffed celery recipe is pretty much a stuffed celery recipe dialed all the way to 11. Oh yeah! There’s a place for the classics. Peanut butter boats, hummus rafts, little celery yachts of cream cheese, sure. We love them all, and celery doesn’t have an ego. If it’s part of your diet as a crunchy spoon bringing delicious things into your tummy, it’s fine with that. But sometimes you want to go above and beyond. Maybe you’ve got a neat little party and you want to impress with the fingerfoods. Maybe you’re celebrating the first episode of a tv show you’ve been looking forward to and want something easy to eat while you Netflix and whoop. We’ve got you covered.

Ingredients
- x2 whole rashers of bacon (streaky bits and all)
- x2 spring onions
- 2-3 tbsps dried cranberries
- 2-3 tbsps walnuts
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of creme fraiche
- 300g pack of celery
Instructions
- Roughly chop the bacon.
- Fry the bacon in a hot skillet until preferred colour. Set aside on paper towels to drain off any excess oil.
- Roughly chop the spring onions, cranberries and walnuts.
- Add cream cheese and creme fraiche.
- Mix everything together.
- Chop celery sticks in half.
- Apply the deliciousness. Eat!
