A new book by Brian Bartels provides over 50 modern twists on the classic recipe for Bloody Mary fans. But don’t forget the celery–in our opinion! Brian’s book doesn’t feature celery in all of the recipes, sadly, but they look pretty delicious. Via the Telegraph:
The Bloody Mary is one of the most legendary of drinks. Unlike most cocktails, it can be consumed at any time of day, but it is at its most popular at brunch or as a stiff hangover cure. No two Bloody Marys are the same. Some like an extra shot of Tabasco, others more Worcestershire sauce. What binds them all together is the classic ingredients: tomato juice, vodka, spices and seasoning.
