My fave dip is homemade roasted red capsicums and almond dip. I blended capsicums from jar and toasted almonds and garlic with sherry vinegar, olive oil, a dash of smoked paprika, and sprinkled with parsley and extra almonds. So easy to make! I even love putting Lamattina Snackin’ Stix and pile them up into “Lamattina Celery Jenga” to double the fun! It’s a crowd pleaser during snack time or great for entertaining because these celery sticks with the dip are healthy, smoky, nutty, double crunchy, slightly spicy and of course…yummy!
