Lamattina Competition – 3rd Week Winners

It’s the third week of our Lamattina Competition for our delicious Snackin’ Stix, and the entries are getting hotter and hotter. We can’t wait to make some these dips ourselves. Sweet potato and roast garlic mousse, drizzled with honey and a sprinkling of chives. This drawing was quite difficult to pick up all the different shades of yellow and orange in the sweet potato dip. For afternoon tea I made some Chocolate Cheesecake dip to go with my @lamattinacelery – To make the dip I mixed Philadelphia cream cheese with cacao powder, maple syrup and vanilla essence. I sprinkled with some crushed sweet biscuits, added blueberries and drizzled with dark melted chocolate. Delicious served inside the celery sticks as it's the perfect texture and amount of sweet and savoury. Chocolate and celery together are delicious!!
